Planetary propulsion device (G1, G2) having all of the following:a planetary council (24, 124);a flange member (34, 134) which is positioned on an axial side of the planetary rim (24, 124);a bolt member (28, 128) which is integral to the flange member (34, 134) and runs through a passage hole (24A, 124A) provided for in the planetary wheel (24, 124); anda glide acceleration link (44, 144) located between the bolt link (28, 128) and the planetary wheel (24, 124);where a rounded part (50, 150) is formed on a transition part (28B, 128B) of the bolt member (28, 128), the diameter (d3, d103) of the end (50E, 150E) of the rounded part (50, 150) on one side of the flange member (34, 134) is greater than an inner diameter (D3, D103) of the end part (44E, 144E) of the slide accelerator (44, 144) on the side of the flange (34, 134), andwhere there is a movement restriction between the flange (34, 134) and the sliding accelerator (44, 144) which is separate from the flange (34, 134) and the sliding accelerator (44, 144) which is a movement of the sliding accelerator (46, 156) to one side of the transition section (28B, 128B) of the bolt member (28, 128) limited.
