The planetary drive device (1) contains: a first inner cogwheel (20) and a second inner cogwheel (30);a first external gear (13a),which intervenes in the first inner tooth wheel (20); a second gear (13b),which interferes with the second inner tooth wheel (30); and an eccentric body (10A),the circulation of the first outer tooth wheel (13a) and the second outer tooth wheel (13b). Then the first outer tooth wheel (13a) and the second outer tooth wheel (13b) turn integral, the first inner tooth wheel (20) and the second inner tooth wheel (30) each have a bearing (51a, 51b, 21, 34, 35, 31, 39) and several inner teeth (21, 22, 31, 32), and each of the several inner teeth (21, 22, 31, 32) contains a rotating body (22, 32),which can be rotated from storage.
