The invention concerns a facade element with at least one insulation layer (12),a first layer (14) and a second layer (16),where the first and second connecting layers (14, 16) are interposed and the insulation layer (12) is located between the first and the second connecting layers (14, 16), the first connecting layer (14) includes at least one first insulation element (26) having elastic properties such as: that it is appropriate to level out unevenness of a stock phase (40), the first layer of connection (14) comprising at least one first connector (18) to connect to the stock phase (40), and the insulation layer (12) comprising at least a second insulation element (28),which is incorporated in a frame element made of a particular metal or wood product (36).;Furthermore, the invention concerns a process for the production of such a facade element as well as a process for the energetic renovation of buildings and a kit for the energetic renovation of buildings.
