To provide a dry weight estimation program capable of accurately estimating algae dry weight.SOLUTION: The dry weight estimation program is configured to cause a computer to execute a series of processing to acquire an image of an algae culture liquid and a piece of circumstance information when picking up the image. The dry weight estimation program causes the computer to execute a series of processing to identify color information of the acquired image. The dry weight estimation program is configured to cause the computer to execute a series of processing to refer to a storage part storing a relationship among the color information, the circumstance information and the dry weight, and to output an estimation value of the algae dry weight included in the image on the basis of the identified color information and the acquired circumstance information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
