The management system comprises a main user management unit, an individual information authentication application unit, an individual authentication condition confirmation unit, an authentication termination unit, an individual information authentication approval unit, an authentication start system, an authentication content confirmation unit, an individual information notarization file processing unit, and an individual information receiving unit; wherein the main user management unit is used for a user to register and log in single individual information, so as to obtain the authority of a main user who is allowed to enter the notarization management system, and the individual information authentication application unit is used for the main user to apply to the notarization management system for the authentication of the individual information. On the basis of the management system, a single individual can store individual information to be authenticated in a website, a cloud, a computer end, or a mobile device end according to his/her own intention, standpoint, purpose and behavior, and can extract said information at any time, so that the independence, reliability, authenticity, and convenience of single individual information authentication notarization are ensured.
