The present invention also concerns a method for the selection of antibodies having a high ADCP activity mediated by the human Fc gamma receptors (FcyR) CD16a, CD32 and/or CD64 and a method for the selection of an inhibitor of ADCP mediated by the human Fc gamma receptors (FcyR) CD16a, CD32 and/or CD64.
