PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virus or the like removing device and a light irradiation device using a filter having a micro-sized cell as a filtering ability. SOLUTION: A means for easily visually recognizing a minute virus that cannot divide by itself is confused into the cell by invasion (infection) into the cell, which is a characteristic of the virus, and even the gene structure of the virus is used as the gene structure of the cell. Utilizing the characteristics of a virus that divides cells and self-proliferates during cell division, it invades (infects) cells that are much larger than the virus, and temporarily recognizes large cells that are easily visible and invaded (infected) by the virus.
