DRUG DELIVERY DEVICE FOR THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH RESPIRATORY DISEASES

摘要

A drug delivery device including a microphone and a processing circuit capable of detecting in-use events such as peak inhalation flow rate (PIF) and Breath Actuated Mechanism (BAM) in a dry powder inhaler is described. This can be used to improve clinical trials by providing information on how the inhaler under study is used.
