To provide a screw press dehydrator which removes processed matters adhering to an inner wall of a screen, and to provide a deposit removal method for the screw press dehydrator.SOLUTION: A screw press dehydrator 1 includes a cylindrical screen 3, and screw blades 6 positioned inside the cylindrical screen 3, and has a structure in which a volume between the cylindrical screen 3 and the screw blades 6 reduces toward a discharge part 20. The screw press dehydrator 1 is provided with a scraping member 61 which is attached to the screw blades 6 along the longer direction of a rotary shaft 5 of the screw blades 6. The scraping member 61 is used to scrape off the deposit adhering to the inner wall of the cylindrical screen 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
