Disclosed are a handling robot, a goods picking-up method, a goods replenishing or returning method, and an intelligent warehousing system. The handling robot comprises a vertical bracket (19); a supporting plate (22) for storing a goods box; and a handling system installed on the vertical bracket (19), wherein the supporting plate (22) is installed on the handling system, and the handling system is used for taking the goods box from one of a warehouse goods shelf (24) and the supporting plate (22), storing the goods box on the other one of the warehouse goods shelf (24) and the supporting plate (22), and/or taking out goods from the goods box stored on the supporting plate (22). With the configuration of the handling system, goods can be taken out from the goods box stored on the supporting plate, and after the goods are taken out, the goods box is put back onto the warehouse goods shelf, such that the manner of picking up goods is flexible, and the efficiency is high.
