PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial raw fabric having an antibacterial resin layer laminated on its surface, an antibacterial food container, and an antibacterial food sheet. SOLUTION: In an antibacterial raw fabric in which an antibacterial resin layer made of an antibacterial resin is formed on at least one surface of a base material layer made of paper or the like, the antibacterial resin is composed of antibacterial metal fine particles having a particle size of 300 nm or less. It is composed of a thermoplastic resin containing an amide compound having an imino group as a dispersant, and the compounding ratio of the antibacterial metal fine particles to the antibacterial resin is in the range of 0.0075 to 0.02% by weight, and the dispersant is to the antibacterial resin. The blending ratio is in the range of 0.0075 to 0.02% by weight, and the thickness of the antibacterial resin layer is in the range of 1 to 100 μm. The required antibacterial performance can be obtained with a small amount of antibacterial fine particles, and the coloring of the antibacterial resin layer can be suppressed.
