PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an APTT extension factor estimation system. SOLUTION: An APTT prolongation factor estimation system has one or more facilities each having an analyzer for measuring a blood coagulation reaction of a blood sample to be tested; data on a blood coagulation reaction of a blood sample and data on an APTT prolongation factor. A database to be stored; and a computer for estimating the APTT prolongation factor of the blood sample to be tested based on the data on the blood coagulation reaction from the analyzer and the data stored in the database. The facility has a data transmission unit that transmits data on the blood coagulation reaction of the test blood sample obtained by the analyzer to the computer, and an APTT extension for the test blood sample measured by each analyzer by the computer.
