The present invention relates to efficient absorption of soil ions, and is an agricultural land management machine that makes it possible to more easily receive essential inorganic elements necessary for growing crops. It is for the efficient supply of anion water according to the soil moisture content, and it replaces erosion that helps the growth of crops. Since the soil including humus in Korea is low at 2.5%, fertilizers must be applied for the supply of positive and negative ions, that is, essential inorganic elements for cultivation of crops. Recently, as consumers' interest in organic farming and interest in safe crops such as GMO (genetically modified agricultural products) have increased, the purpose of preserving a beautiful environment for future generations by minimizing soil pollution and providing safe food, It has the purpose of helping to supply nutrients so that there is no damage to growth. Such a site manager is connected to an automated soil system with a water tank containing water to be irrigated, an ionization pipe to supply negative ions, a valve, and a soil moisture tension meter. When anion water is supplied to the soil, it is possible to efficiently use the components in the soil by attracting and adsorbing essential inorganic element components carrying positive ions electrically. First of all, the amount of fertilizer used will be significantly reduced, so if the farmer only pays for the initial facility investment, the cost of fertilizer will decrease, which will reduce the production cost of crops. The automated irrigation machine using negative ions is a site manager with a sustainable purpose, and there is little risk of soil contamination because there is no obstacle to salt accumulation.
