The present invention provides a specific sequence of polypeptides exhibiting strong antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative bacteria and antimicrobial uses thereof. The newly discovered antimicrobial peptide of the present invention is an antibacterial substance exhibiting strong antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria, and can be usefully used as a next-generation natural antibiotic that can be applied to the field of medicine.
