PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural wood-grain decorative fiber-reinforced cement plate that can accommodate small-lot production and has an appearance very close to a natural wood-grain decorative plate, and to provide a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: A filling sheet is attached to a substrate, and a wood-grain printing is conducted with an inkjet printer having a UV-curing function, wherein the filling sheet is white-based one, has conduit holes with tiny featureless concave portions, and becomes an ink-receiving layer.
