摘要

A new repair material was developed through latex modification of carbon fiber reinforced cement. The matrix mix composition, latex type and content, and application methodologies were optimized. A comprehensive experimental data base was generated on the mechanical properties, shrinkage characteristics, water absorption, freeze-thaw durability, acid resistance, and durability characteristics in hot-humid environments of latex modified carbon fiber reinforced cement. Effects of the following application methodologies on the performance characteristics of the developed repair material were investigated: casting, spraying, and traveling.
