Process for the manufacture of a moulding furnace (1, 2, 14, 15) for a Corrugator, with the following steps: the application of a first layer of a metal powder in the form of a powder stopper, the selective internalisation of the coated metal powder by a beam tool to produce a moulding furnace layer, gradual application of further metal powder coatings to the powder bed and selective dispersion of the respective metal powder coating by the beam tool, with the selective transfer channels in the mould back (1, 2, 14, 15),and finishing at least a semi-cylindrical inner surface of the mould by a clamping metal processing process. In addition, the invention concerns a mould made by the inventive process (1, 2, 14, 15).
