A smoke protection device is presented and described for the propulsion phase of a tunnel with circular cross-section built with concrete parts, consisting of a door-stick device consisting of two vertical faces, which are connected to their upper end areas by means of a winding wave for a smoke protection barrier made up of a number of overlapping stripes, and which are laterally clamped with smoke protection textiles, arranged between the door-stick structure and the interior surfaces of the tunnel, additional sealing elements.The purpose of the invention is to create an easily constructed, cost-effective and mountable smoke protection system consisting essentially of a smoke protection system with which it is possible, reliably ensure protection against increased use of the downstream areas even in the drivage phase of a tunnel with circular cross-section with concrete finished parts.The solution to the problem is that the bottom-side end areas of the vertical faces are connected by at least one amp and that the smoke protection device carrying a smoke protection cover has at least one tensioning device with which the door-stick device is fixed in the tunnel.
