Disclosed is an attendance checking device applied to campus teaching management. The attendance checking device comprises a display screen (1), a numeric keyboard (2), an attendance checking area (3), a camera (4) and a USB interface (5), wherein the attendance checking device is fixedly installed on a wall body by means of a fixing device (6) at the back of same; the display screen (1) is embedded in an upper left corner of a front face of the attendance checking device; the numeric keyboard (2) is arranged below the display screen; the attendance checking area (3) is arranged on the right side of the display screen; the camera (4) is arranged on the right side of the numeric keyboard (2); the USB interface (5) is arranged on the left side wall of the attendance checking device; and an air-drying device comprising an air blower (7), a ventilation pipeline (8) and an electric heating device (9) is arranged inside the attendance checking device. By means of arranging the air-drying device, a fingerprint recognition area of the attendance checking device can always be kept in a dry and dust-free environment, thereby increasing the recognition rate of the attendance checking device, and improving the attendance checking efficiency on a campus.
