Disclosed are a limb rehabilitation exoskeleton (100) and a limb rehabilitation system using the limb rehabilitation exoskeleton (100). The limb rehabilitation exoskeleton (100) comprises: a first support rod (10); a second support rod (20), the second support rod (20) being rotatably connected to the first support rod (10); a first guide wheel assembly (30), the first guide wheel assembly (30) being arranged at the end of the first support rod (10) that is away from the second support rod (20); a second guide wheel assembly (40), the second guide wheel assembly (40) being arranged at the end of the second support rod (20) that is away from the first support rod (10); and a binding structure, the binding structure being used for fixing part of a limb to the first support rod (10) and fixing part of the limb to the second support rod (20). The limb rehabilitation exoskeleton (100) and the limb rehabilitation system using the limb rehabilitation exoskeleton (100) are intended to have a guiding function when the exoskeleton is used for assisting human rehabilitation, and fix a limb to make the limb move along a rational track of motion, thereby improving the rehabilitation effect.
