Provided in embodiments of the present disclosure are a clock synchronization method, a network node, and a storage medium. The method is executed by a visited-control plane network node, and comprises: sending first information to a home-control plane network node, wherein the first information indicates temporal parameter modification schemes supported by the visited-control plane network node; and receiving second information from the home-control plane network node, wherein the second information indicates a temporal parameter modification scheme to be used by the visited-control plane network node.
