A suprapubic bladder auxiliary compression system, comprising a mechanical arm (1), a fixing device (2), a main machine (3), a wire (4), a silicone sleeve (5), and an operating keyboard (6). The mechanical arm (1) consists of a telescopic rod (11), a large arm (12), a telescopic arm (13), a hydraulic cylinder (14), a direction adjusting rod (15), and an ergonomic hemisphere (16). The fixing device consists of a connecting pipe (21), a plate holder (22), a rod holder (23), a rotating wheel (24), a plate holder pressing plate (25), and a rod holder pressing plate (26). A lower end of the main machine (3) is fixedly connected to four bottom wheels (31), the front has a handle (32) mounted thereto, and an upper end is provided with an operation interface (33). A power switch (37) is installed on the right side of the operation interface (33), and a rocker (38) is mounted above the power switch (37). A magnetic region (39) is provided on the right side of the main machine (3), and the operation keyboard (6) is attached to the magnetic region (39). The system is advantageous in that the system can replace an assistant in pressing on the anterior bladder wall above the pubic symphysis in transurethral bladder tumor resection surgery, so that a surgeon can complete the resection single-handedly.
