Provided are an image matching, 3D imaging and pose recognition method, a device, and a system. The image matching method comprises: acquiring an initial image; and performing detection on the initial image to obtain a distorted region and/or a non-distorted region, and generating a matching result for the distorted region and/or a matching result for the non-distorted region. In the technical solution of the present invention, detection is performed on an initial image to obtain a distorted region and/or a non-distorted region, and then a corresponding scheme is used to perform matching for the distorted region and/or the non-distorted region, such that a precise image matching result can be obtained even when a target object is offset from respective reference planes.
