The laser radar (100) comprises: a laser transceiver (110), wherein the laser transceiver (110) comprises a laser emitter and a laser receiver, the laser receiver determines distance information (111) of the laser transceiver (110) away from an object on the basis of laser emitted by the laser emitter and reflected by the object, and the laser transceiver (110) does not record orientation information (112) of the object; a position sensor (120), the position sensor (120) determining the orientation information (112) of the object on the basis of the laser reflected by the object; and a processor (130), the processor (130) communicating with the laser transceiver (110) and the position sensor (120) and obtaining the laser point cloud data of the object on the basis of the distance information (111) and the orientation information (112).
