The invention relates to a filling device for the dosed filling of a product (10) from a product storage container (7) into product dose receiving containers (5) provided in a disposable isolator (1) so as to be protected against contamination, comprising the disposable isolator (1) together with the product dose receiving containers (5) provided therein, means (23) for holding the product storage container (7) together with the contents thereof outside of the disposable isolator (1), a controllable product removal device (17), a product dispensing device (13) within the disposable isolator (1) for the dosed dispensing of the product (10) to the relevant product dose receiving containers (5) in the disposable isolator (1), a line assembly (11) which interconnects the product storage container (7) and the product dispensing device (13) in order to conduct the product (10) removed from the product storage container (7) by means of the product removal device (17) to the product dispensing device (13), at least one clamp-on-type ultrasonic flowmeter which is provided outside of the disposable isolator, on the line assembly, and which is fixed to the outside of the line assembly so as to surround at least some regions of the line assembly in order to detect the respective flow rate, and a controller (19) for measuring the respective product dose to be removed from the product storage container (7) on the basis of information from the flowmeter regarding the flow rate and for controlling the product removal device (17).
