Problem to be solved: to provide a vegetable intake improvement system, a vegetable intake food database and a vegetable intake improvement program individually improving vegetable intake.The vegetable intake improving system comprises an output section 110, an input section 120, a detection section 130, a storage section 140 and a processing section 150. The processing unit 150 refers to a correlation table (e.g., a skin carotenoid value) and a correlation table temporarily stored in the storage unit 140 to derive the shortage of vegetables and display them on the output unit 110.Diagram
