A flow meter (14) is configured to measure a flow rate of a gas flowing through an inlet channel (12), which is a main channel. The flow meter includes a housing (21) and a flow rate detector (22). The housing is made of resin and contains a bypass channel (30),which is separated from the main channel. The flow rate detector is located in the bypass channel and transmits detection signals in accordance with the flow rate of the gas flowing through the main channel.which contains graphite.
