Procedures, devices, systems and manufacturing products are disclosed to improve a double-speed assessment. An exemplary device is revealed to send a transmitter comprehensively to send a first sweep signal at a first position in a first time block during a broadcast time sequence structure, and a second sweep signal at a second position in a second time block during the broadcast time sequence structure, whereby the second position differs from the first position. The exemplary device also includes a speed analyser to measure the speed and direction of arrival of a target object,identify during the transmission time sequence structure.
