System method for matching the results of a CT scan to a nasal-sinus surgery plan to treat migraine headaches

A method and system to diagnose and treat headaches in a patient. Data from a computer tomography scan of at least one nasal cavity and one sinus cavity of the patient and a set of headache and congestion data provided by the patient are matched to at least one surgery plan. An interactive system guides the surgery and provides a record thereof.
