To suppress damage of a patient's skin in collecting keratin.SOLUTION: A microneedle sheet 1 includes: multiple microneedles 3; a sheet-like base material sheet 2; and a groove part 5 serving as an adhesion mechanism for causing keratin to adhere to the microneedles 3 when sticking the microneedles 3 into a skin by causing the microneedle sheet 1 to adhere to the skin and then removing the microneedle sheet 1 from the skin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
