The present application discloses an organic light emitting display panel repair method and an organic light emitting display panel. The repair method includes a step of determining a display pixel to be repaired, a step of disconnecting a control line of a switching transistor of the display pixel to be repaired from a scanning line, and a display pixel having a second reference voltage to be repaired. Connecting the first path end and the second path end of the switching transistor for subsequent application to the anode of the organic light emitting diode. According to the method, the organic light emitting diode is always in a dark state according to a first reference voltage applied to a cathode of the organic light emitting diode and a second reference voltage applied to an anode of the organic light emitting diode.
