Provided are a radial gap type rotating electric machine using amorphous metal which can realize high efficiency and is excellent in productivity, a method for manufacturing the same, a device for manufacturing tooth pieces for a rotating electric machine, and a method for manufacturing a tooth member for a rotating electric machine. A radial gap type rotating electric machine according to the present invention is arranged on a rotating shaft, an inner rotor core (31a) rotatable around the rotating shaft, and an outer peripheral side of the inner rotor core. A rotor (102) having a rotatable outer rotor core (31b), and a stator (101) provided between the inner rotor core (31a) and the outer rotor core (31b). Permanent magnets (22, 23) are provided on at least one of the outer peripheral surface of the inner rotor core (31a) and the inner peripheral surface of the outer rotor core (31b). (101) is characterized in that the amorphous metal foil strip has a stator core including teeth made of a laminated body held by mutual friction.
