RADIAL-GAP-TYPE ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE, PRODUCTION METHOD FOR RADIAL-GAP-TYPE ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE, PRODUCTION DEVICE FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE TEETH PIECE, AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE TEETH MEMBER
Provided are: a radial-gap-type rotary electric machine that uses an amorphous metal that makes it possible to achieve high efficiency and has excellent producibility; a production method for the radial-gap-type rotary electric machine; a production device for a rotary electric machine teeth piece; and a production method for a rotary electric machine teeth member. This radial-gap-type rotary electric machine is characterized by comprising: a rotor (102) that has a rotary shaft, an inner-circumferential-side rotor core (31a) that can rotate around the rotary shaft, and an outer-circumferential-side rotor core (31b) that is arranged on the outer circumferential side of the inner-circumferential-side rotor core and can rotate around the rotary shaft; and a stator (101) that is provided between the inner-circumferential-side rotor core (31a) and the outer-circumferential-side rotor core (31b). The radial-gap-type rotary electric machine is also characterized in that permanent magnets (22, 23) are provided on an outer-circumferential-side surface of the inner-circumferential-side rotor core (31a) and/or an inner-circumferential-side surface of the outer-circumferential-side rotor core (31b). The radial-gap-type rotary electric machine is also characterized in that the stator (101) has a stator core that includes teeth that comprise laminates in which amorphous metal foil strips are held by the friction therebetween.
