The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for immune regulation including myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) and regulatory T cells (Treg) as an active ingredient and various applications thereof. The composition of the present invention was confirmed to increase Foxp3+Treg cells and IL-10-induced CD1d+CD5+ Breg cells, and inhibit IL-17+CD4+T cells. It was confirmed that there was a more synergistic effect and a significant immunomodulatory ability was present. In addition, due to the synergistic effect, a significant therapeutic effect has been confirmed for Sjogren's syndrome and graft versus host disease, and can be usefully used in related pharmaceutical and food industries.
