A low-temperature denitration catalyst and a preparation method therefor. The denitration catalyst comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 g of water, 2.56-5.12 g of oxalamide monohydrate, 0.67-1.34 g of docusate sodium, 1.13-2.26 g of stannous chloride dihydrate, 20-40 g of ethanol, 2.78-5.56 g of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, and 25-50 g of distilled water. The preparation method for the low-temperature denitration catalyst comprises: obtaining precipitate by co-precipitation of the raw materials, and calcining a filter cake, obtained by filtration, at a temperature of 200-400°C for 2-4 h, so as to obtain the low-temperature denitration catalyst. The low-temperature denitration catalyst has a large specific surface area through the use of stannous chloride dihydrate and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate. In addition, the catalyst has an irregular arrangement and many pores, which are beneficial to the adsorption of gas molecules during a reaction, thereby promoting the progress of the catalytic reaction and improving the denitration efficiency.
