An interpolation-based time of flight measurement method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring a first time of flight of a first combined pixel corresponding to a first light source (801); S2, obtaining, through interpolation calculation, a second time of flight of a second superpixel corresponding to a second light source (802); S3, locating, according to the second time of flight, a second combined pixel corresponding to the second light source, and drawing a histogram (803); and S4, calculating a third time of flight by means of the histogram (804). Rough time of flight values are directly supplied to most pixels by means of an interpolation mode, so that the drawing of a fine histogram can be directly executed by means of these pixels on the basis of the rough time of flight values, so as to calculate a high-precision fine time of flight value; and since the step of drawing a rough histograms is omitted, the calculation time can be greatly reduced, thereby increasing the frame rate.
