A method for deep denitrification and phosphorus removal of sewage based on DEAMOX sludge double return AOAO. The method comprises: domestic sewage and the return sludge in a secondary settling tank (3) enter the anaerobic zone (2.1) of an AOAO reactor (2); first, denitrifying bacteria perform short-range denitrification to reduce the nitrate nitrogen in the return sludge to nitrite nitrogen, then anammox bacteria convert ammonia nitrogen and the nitrite nitrogen into nitrogen, and then phosphorus accumulating bacteria and denitrifying phosphorus accumulating bacteria undergo an anaerobic phosphorus release reaction and store an internal carbon source; then a part of a mixed liquid enters the intermediate aerobic zone (2.2) of the AOAO reactor (2) to perform a phosphorus absorption and nitrification reaction, and the other part of the mixed liquid enters the anoxic zone (2.3) of the AOAO reactor (2); at the same time, the whole mixed liquid in the intermediate aerobic zone (2.2) and a part of the return sludge in the secondary settling tank (3) enter the anoxic zone (2.3), the internal carbon source stored in the anaerobic section of the sludge and the internal carbon source in the return sludge are used to perform short-range denitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation, and denitrifying phosphorus removal, and then the mixed liquid enters a rear aerobic zone (2.4), and then enters the secondary settling tank (3) for mud-water separation.
