Disclosed are a noise-reducing, wear-resistant and anti-aging exterior wall paint and a manufacturing method therefor. The noise-reducing, wear-resistant and anti-aging exterior wall paint forms a two-layer structure obtained by processing the raw materials of seawater contains Rhizosolenia spores with a concentration of 1×106 cfu/ml to 1×108 cfu/ml, montmorillonite, kaolin, saturated concentrated sulfuric acid, oxalic acid, glycerol, nickel sulfate, aqueous sodium silicate solution, aluminum powder, and sufficient water, wherein the bottom layer is a substrate made of a ceramic structure in combination with grid-like carbonized fibers and a silica gel bonding structure, formed by vitrifying a soil mixture of montmorillonite, kaolin, and aluminum powder by means of open flame roasting and electric pulse, and strengthening by means of hard oxidation on the aluminum surface; the surface layer is made of a porous soil mixture of montmorillonite and kaolin that is consolidated and adhered by silica gel; in addition, the soil is also mixed with a large number of hard anodized aluminum-core particles. The present invention has a good noise reduction effect, and the surface is abrasion resistant and UV resistant, and is not easy to crack or fall off.
