In addition, since the state of the chemical modification of the histone tail can be determined from the Raman spectrum of the crystal, early detection of cancer and determination of the degree of progression of cancer can be performed. Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the position of the cancer-related substances aggregated on the substrate cannot be determined with the naked eye. Accordingly, there is provided a method for diagnosing a cancer disease, characterized in that a position of a crystal region is determined through image diagnosis of a microscope, and a chemical formula of a histone tail and a remodeling factor are analyzed by irradiating a laser on the determined position.
