Problem to be solved: to provide a catheter.A draft electrophysiological balloon catheter having a flexible circuit electrode is disclosed.A first sealing portion and a second seal portion may be provided around the location where the inner tubular shaft comes out of the outer tubular axis to assist in preventing the fluid, e.g., infusion fluid or air from passing between space between the inner tubular axis and the outer tubular axis of the catheter.The material and dimensions of these sealing portions are means for ensuring that the sealing is sufficiently robust so that they are not damaged during the use of the catheter.Further, the flexible circuit electrode may include a substrate bonded to the balloon.Delamination of these substrates can be prevented by the use of stiffening components to extend the length of the balloon.Diagram
