A balloon catheters balloon is able to withstand the fatigue of components thereof caused by multiple cycles of repetitive motion, such as being unfolded from a lumen of the catheter, expanding the balloon, folding the balloon, and retracting the balloon into the lumen. The catheter balloon comprises a plurality of electrode substrates each comprising a plurality of tails. A reinforcing component, which is a part of another balloon, is disposed over at least a part of the plurality of tails and attached to a membrane.
