The X-axis carriage 41 is provided with a right-side first driven pulley 55R on which the right-side first wire 53R is wound and a Y-axis motor 58 for rotationally driving the right-side first drive pulley 54R. The moving X-axis direction moving mechanism 42 is configured so that the second wire 43 can be wound and unwound, and is provided on the second drive pulley 44 provided on the Y-axis carriage 51 and the second wire provided on the X-axis carriage 41.
