The binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode is a polymer containing a monomer unit having a functional group capable of binding to a cationic group, a (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer unit, and a cationic group. It contains an organic compound having two or more groups, and the rate of change in viscosity when allowed to stand at a temperature of 60 ° C. for 30 days is 400% or less.
