The present invention relates to a heat cabin, for example a sauna. In particular, said heat cabin is a modularly constructed heat cabin (10) that comprises a plurality of beams of a first type (20) and of beams of a second type (40) and a plurality of panels (32; 34) and that extends from a floor plane to a ceiling plane, the beams of the first type (20) each extending over an identical length from the floor plane to the ceiling plane and the beams of the second type (40) extending over different lengths, and at least one beam of the second type being used for the fastening of a heating element (50). The invention further relates to advantageous methods related to a heat cabin.
