PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic cultivation method for spinach with low potassium content and high iron content.SOLUTION: The hydroponic cultivation method for spinach involves cultivation over a cultivation period of a prescribed number of days using a first type of liquid fertilizer that includes potassium and iron, and thereafter involves cultivation over a cultivation period of 7 days prior to harvesting using a second type of liquid fertilizer that includes substantially no potassium and includes iron at a concentration of 130 mass ppm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
