The present invention relates to a method for generating a safety mode attitude command for an artificial satellite when a solar panel driver fails. An object of the present invention is to enable the solar panel to correctly point to the sun even when the solar panel driver fails when entering into a safe mode from an artificial satellite, so that power supply and demand can be smoothly achieved when operating in a safe mode.
