FIELD: aviation. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of experimental determination of interlayer strength stresses in samples of the main load-bearing elements of structures made of polymer composite material (PCM) under loading. The test specimen is placed with a slot parallel to the fixed plate and in layers perpendicular to it, and then fixed. Force is applied to the section of the cut-off end of the sample adjacent to the slot along the layers of the sample until shear of the layers is achieved, while measuring the force and deformation.;EFFECT: the ability to determine the ultimate stresses of the interlayer strength in the conjugation zone of the main principal structural elements (PSEs) of integral-type structures, to improve the accuracy and reliability of the reproduction of the conditions of deformation of layered composite panels of the aircraft airframe during testing and operation, leading to massive separation of the PSE. ;7 cl, 2 dwg
