METHOD FOR IDENTIFICATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF KITCHEN WASTE

Provided is a method for the identification and classification of kitchen waste. The method comprises establishing a near-infrared qualitative discrimination model for the main components of kitchen waste, and using the model to qualitatively classify the kitchen waste. The described method uses five common substances in kitchen waste as standard articles, establishes a database of 100 standard articles-atlases, and then uses a computer to compare a measured sample to standard article atlases to thereby rank and classify kitchen waste, which facilitates the guiding of kitchen waste treatment.
