A method for analyzing a root-bark of Chinese wolfberry compound structure by molecular networking, comprising steps such as selection of a chemical reagent and a material, selection of a medicinal material, sample pre-treatment, and HPLC-MS/MS networking analysis. A liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method is also used to discover the structures of five new compounds in the root-bark of Chinese wolfberry, and the mass spectrometry fragmentation laws of the compounds. The method for analyzing a root-bark of Chinese wolfberry compound structure by molecular networking facilitates discovering new structural analogs in the root-bark of Chinese wolfberry, analyzing new structures, discovering microconstituents in traditional Chinese medicine, understanding the effect mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine at the molecular level, and accelerating the development of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
