A human resource capitalisation transaction management system, comprising a system assembly, the system assembly comprising a supply/demand system, a transaction system, a monitoring system, and a legal affairs system. The system effectively solves the conflict of the supply and demand of talented people on a macroscopic level. In the system, talented people, for their part, use the platform to present themselves in the form of independent capital, thus said people may flow along with demand; for employers, the traditional use of talented people in the hope of creating value is changed to using talented people to solve practical problems to achieve value directly, which is conducive to changing the unregulated behaviour of employers in hunting for and poaching talented people everywhere, making the utilisation of talented people more direct, more effective, and lower in cost; in terms of services for talented people, a platform for the capitalisation of talent resources is established, providing a stage for talented people to play a role in achieving value, allowing said people to be utilised in a more beneficial manner; and in terms of resource efficiency, the rate of talent utilisation is increased, the cost of hiring is decreased, and opportunity is provided for the realisation of the value of talented people.
